This river house rain garden is designed to capture and purify roof water run off. New woodland plantings include scarlet oake, red oak, white oak, sugar maple, black tupelo, serviceberry, dogwood and native forbs (new woodland walking trails photographed under construction). The landscape design received an Honor Award from the Connecticut Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
